Project – House Bishopscourt

This house in Bishopscourt must be close on 100 years old. It’s a typical Cape Dutch build which has minimal electrical provisions in the walls, making the exercise of running cables to various areas a tall task – but the enormous roof space certainly did help.
It was a challenge, but with a creative team we’ve achieved all the client wants thus far (phase 1 and 2). This included a multiroom audio system, a dedicated music-room with a killer surround sound system powered by Definitive Technology, high-definition video distribution with 8 sources to 8 TVs and a comprehensive alarm & CCTV system.
All this technology was integrated into an easy-to-use, simple platform using Control4, and all cabling was carefully installed to ensure minimum to zero visibility without compromise to the systems.
Phase 1 and 2 images to follow – and we’re about to embark on phase 3. We’ll keep you updated!
