As an honest guide, fully integrated projects typically start from around R100 000 for an apartment, R500 000 for a small house, R1 million for a medium house and R2 million for a large home — ranging up to R10 million and beyond with all the bells and whistles. Alongside residential projects, we deliver commercial and hospitality solutions for hotels, resorts and other establishments — including lighting control, WiFi networking, access control, CCTV, building management systems, IPTV, audio-visual systems, automated blinds and TV lifts — creating comfortable, secure and immersive environments for guests and staff.

Our process runs in six steps. It starts with an obligation-free Consultation to understand your requirements, followed by Design, research and planning. We then Supply hand-picked, tailored equipment, and our trained in-house teams handle Installation while coordinating with the other trades on site. At Handover we train you until you fully understand your system, and ongoing Support keeps everything running long after the project is complete.

Yes — it is central to how we work. Our solution architects, engineers and draftsmen work hand-in-hand with your entire professional team: architects focus on spatial flow and finishes, interior designers on layouts and aesthetics, and we focus on the electrical design — producing proper electrical drawings and coordinating with the other engineers and sub-contractors on the project. The result is technology integrated into the home without compromising its look and feel.

Once your system is installed, we work closely with you at handover to train you and help you fully understand your solution. The systems and products we work with are naturally intuitive and user-friendly, so handover and training are simple, helpful and even enjoyable.

We have a dedicated service and maintenance team and respond to clients quickly — telephonically, remotely, on email or with onsite visits. We also offer all clients a service-level agreement (SLA) that guarantees response times and includes proactive maintenance visits, generally every one to six months depending on the systems installed.

Yes. We are qualified, certified Molex installers, and our Molex structured cabling installations are backed by a 25-year warranty. Beyond cabling, our installation teams are trained to work to best-practice principles on every part of the system — our stance is simple: do it right, do it once.

We design with load shedding in mind. Your network, security and automation infrastructure can be integrated with inverter or UPS backup power so that the essentials stay online during outages — and you can continue to monitor and control your home remotely throughout.
