The Process

Project success is achieved through careful attention to detail

How we accomplish a full turn-key solution

Working with us makes decision making a whole lot easier and nothing makes us happier than a satisfied client. Our process is broken down into 6 easy steps:

The Steps

Consultation (red hats)

01. CONSULTATION

We begin by understanding and interpreting our clients’ requirements and then filling in the gaps required for us to arrive at an ideal solution. We operate on the basis of an obligation-free consultation that will give the opportunity to showcase our service and the potential value-add to the project.

Design (Drawings)

02. DESIGN

Design, research and planning phases create the foundation of a successful solution. We pride ourselves by applying a hands-on approach and paying attention to the finest of details, offering “simple but smart” full turnkey solutions to all our clients.

Supply (box)

03. SUPPLY

Our comprehensive solutions are built up from smaller sub-systems, each of which is tailored to fit our clients’ criteria and exceed their expectations. We endeavour to propose and supply quality solutions and supporting equipment that always provide reliability and value for money

Installation (Network 2)

04. INSTALLATION

Because no two installations are the same, our installation team works according to structured plans and specifications. We ensure that every custom fit solution is managed to the best level possible, while constantly working alongside any other parties involved.

Handover (Red Crane) V2

05. HANDOVER

Once a system has been installed we work closely with our clients to train and help them fully understand the solution. The systems and products that we work with are naturally intuitive and user-friendly, allowing handover and training to be simple, helpful and enjoyable.

Support (Red keyboard)

06. SUPPORT

We strive to achieve and maintain 100% client satisfaction and we respond to clients’ needs quickly; be it telephonically, remotely, on email or through onsite visits. We recommend Service Level Agreements for clients who want or require ongoing maintenance and updates.
