Zailab

It has been a pleasure working with the Zailab team to date.

Phase 1 of the project included a Lutron lighting system to control DMX circuits in 500sqm of the 2000sqm space.

The idea we executed was that each room when unoccupied would be lit in a certain colour indicating to the office that the room is available. Upon entering the room and hence occupying it, the light reverts to a warm white light, creating a well-lit room for meeting purposes.

In addition to the light control, we also designed and commissioned video conferencing, surround sound and control systems for their presentation and board rooms using ClearOne, Shure, Definitive Technology, Denon and Control4.
