Zailab
It has been a pleasure working with the Zailab team to date. Phase 1 of the project included a Lutron lighting system to control DMX circuits in 500sqm of the 2000sqm space. The idea we executed was that each room when unoccupied would be lit in a certain colour indicating to the office that the room is available. Upon entering the room and hence occupying it, the light reverts to a warm white light, creating a well-lit room for meeting purposes.
