This is a home with a history and great bones, most of the rest, specifically the previous automation and AV system was all thrown out to bring this home up to standard and ensure the experience was luxurious and seamless.

Hot Coco and team ran with this and together we knocked out a full renno in just under 4 months to meet a tight rental deadline. Dawn and her amazing team didn’t take any chances and took their vision all the way through to execution with precision. Its this commitment to quality and precision that we love so much and enjoyed hiding all the tech in this fully automated home to meet the high standard and aesthetic required.
