We were (almost) given a blank canvas for this job.
When building a completely bespoke hand built house like this, it was a treat for the client to put full trust in Simpletech’s hands and afforded us the opportunity to spec the solutions that we felt were appropriate for their new home.
We made the decision to go with a Control4 lighting, power management system and also use Control4 home automation to manage all the solutions (audio-visual & security).
The setting of this house with its modern architecture and design makes it one of a kind.
