Fresnaye Spec House

This was a spec house which was designed with the ultimate buyer in mind. We were given free reign to design a comprehensive electrical reticulation to allow almost any future upgrades and full automation integration ability among all services in the home.

It was great working with all teams on this project as everyone had the same level of passion. Special thanks to Rashaad from Berman Brothers and everyone at the Jenny Mills Architecture team.

Currently, the house includes sound throughout the home, a dedicated cinema, high-definition distribution to up to 20 TVs, comprehensive alarm, access control & CCTV, enterprise level networking equipment and a Control4 automation system to bring it all together.

No detail was too small for this project and it shows in the finished product.
