This was an interesting project as it was a spec house bring built by a developer to be sold. This is a trend that we have noticed over the past few years, property developers are starting to not overlook vital value-add services in homes such as home automation to assist in the resale process.We integrated all services in this home into an easy-to-use, simple platform using Control4.
Control4 brought together the multi-room audio, dedicated cinema, intercom, alarm, CCTV and lighting control systems.
The views aren’t too bad either.
